大神，我把DNS服务器改到8.8.8.8也刷新不出来节点。

根据这两个链接：https://center.onenotegem.com/?thread-137.htm、https://www.zhihu.com/question/540932729，好像netsh winsock reset这个命令值得关注，请问这是个什么东西？我现在不敢执行。
